This Christmas was one of the best ones yet! Getting to create Christmas magic for your children is the absolute best!! Our oldest daughter is at the age where she’s really taking a liking to things. She was a pro at opening presents but was equally as excited to make cookies for Santa.
We started the Elves this year but both girls are still very young so it was a very scaled back version. More so preparation for the upcoming years, practice if you will.
We spent Christmas morning open presents and playing and then headed to my parents house for lunch and got to spend time with my brother and sister in law. Of course we had to spoil the pups with toys, treats, and new sweaters for Bella! Little lady gets so cold this time of year so we had to add to her wardrobe. lol
I’ve been a little quiet on here – mainly just busy with the chaos of life but also still trying to draft up the details of things going on with Bella. Some things just take time to process, and that’s ok. My mind tends to be a jumbled mess a lot of the time – that’s ok too.
But, all in all, it was a great day with unseasonably warm weather and good company. ❤️
Side note – we are less than a month away from our youngest baby turning 1! I truly cannot believe it – seems like she was just born but such a blur at the same time. But, I promise to start being more active again!
